Natural History Museum

The Eton College Natural History Museum threw open its doors to over 70 people on Sunday 20th October.

The Family Learning Event, organised by the Clewer Cluster of Schools in Windsor and delivered by the Museum, focused on the adaptations of birds.

Children were able to handle live falcons, hawks and owls as well as following a bird trail around the Museum and being engaged in activities exploring the adaptations of owls and camouflage in eggs.

Three Science Ambassadors, volunteer students from Royal Holloway, University of London, were on hand to lead families through the activities in what was another highly successful learning event.
