As part of the role you will also be provided with on-site accommodation, full use of our outstanding facilities on offer, and have the opportunity to undertake a number of coaching qualifications. The role presents an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to immerse themselves in the environment of an outstanding educational institution – previous Sport Assistants have gone on to achieve successful careers in sport, coaching and teaching.

This two year opportunity is for anyone with a passion for sports and the ability to convey this enthusiasm to young people. Along with excellent social skills, you will need natural coaching abilities, an openness of mind to consider and value the perspective of others, the flexibility to juggle a variety of tasks, and the desire and dedication to make a difference to young people’s lives through sport.

The ideal candidate would be ambitious, organised, have a sense of humour, be passionate about sport and passionate about the boys education.
