VocSoc’s weekly career seminar series kicked off 2019 with a very well-attended talk on Headhunting by Charlie Steel OE. He is Vice-President of the Omerta Group and was able to talk in detail about what executive search involves, especially in the finance sector. He was able to give us an insight into the world of investment banking and what banks are looking for when they appoint new staff. The talk was relevant and well-paced and much appreciated by boys of all blocks and students from Holyport College and Langley GS.
