Rowers from Eton College will represent the Great Britain Rowing Team at every level this summer.

Felix Drinkall (TEWH), Paddy Adams (RPDF), Tom Shurman (MAG), Charlie Pearson KS and David Austen OS (PGW) have already raced in the Coxed Four helped Team GB win the U16 Match against France at the Royal Albert Docks, London earlier this month. Also this month, OE James Goble (NCWS 14), finished fifth in the Lightweight Pair at the U23 World Rowing Championships in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

Alex Lindsay (PBS), this year's Captain of the Boats and stroke of The VIII, and Oscar Lindsay (AW) are in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to represent Great Britain in the World Rowing Junior Championships which begin on Tuesday. Alex is rowing in the Junior Men's Eight, while Oscar is in the Junior Men's Coxless Pair, and both hope to be involved in A Finals on Sunday 9 August.

Also heading overseas, but this time to Szeged, Hungary, are Francois Gouws (NCWS), David Bewicke-Copley (JDN) and George Cozens (JRBS) who are all part of the GB Team racing in the Coupe de la Jeunesse this weekend. Francois and David have both been selected in the Junior Men's Coxed Four, while George is coxing the Junior Men's Eight. The Eight is being coached by Sam Grant, our Rowing Professional. The Team Manager is Jimmy Scragg, who follows in a long line of Etonian house masters that have done the job very successfully.

At the beginning of September Constantine Louloudis (KS 10) will be aiming to win his third world title in a row with the Men's Eight when the World Rowing Championships take place in Aiguebelette, France, which this year also serves as the qualification regatta for next year's Olympic Games.

You can follow the progress of all the GB crews at all these events on the World Rowing website.
