The Revd Paul Bolton gave practical and clear talk on 'Failure in the Christian Life'. He spoke from Romans 7 and explained that our struggle with sin should not be a source of shame or guilt, but instead an encouragement as it shows that we are battling to live under God's law. He also focussed on how we are not fighting against sin on our own; even though we may feel like prisoners 'of the law of sin', Jesus is there to rescue us.
