Natasha Bowes, who runs a company based in the UK that sells Russian milk-based drinks, spoke about her original idea for the business and where she sees the industry in the coming years. Having moved to the UK after studying in Russia, she noticed a gap in the market for these drinks based on Russian flavours. Her product is now being sold in Selfridges, Harrods and Fortnum and Masons and she hopes to expand in years to come.
