George Holding was a captivating speaker and gave an interesting insight into the American political system. He was keen to engage those present from the start, immediately opening the floor up to questions. As a result, Holding covered a huge variety of relevant topics, from ObamaCare to current American budget issues and even his stance on gay marriage, in an open and honest manner. It was fascinating to hear about the daily struggles of a US congressman and his experiences of phone-bugging orchestrated by members of his own government.
