Eton’s annual Mufti/Casual Change Day 2024 has raised over £3000 for Slough Mencap.

On Thursday 14 November, the Eton community were treated to a selection of colourful costumes, notably including a group of Smurfs, the cast of Shrek, a Teletubby and even a duo from Bananas in Pyjamas.

Through the School’s Community Engagement programme, boys have now been volunteering weekly for the charity for over 50 years. The local organisation aims to create a fairer, kinder and more inclusive society for people with a learning disability to live in. Currently, it is the point of contact for over 80 people with learning difficulties in Slough and neighbouring areas.
