Bicentenary of the Eton Society
On Saturday 2nd July, 720 former members of the Eton Society gathered at Eton to commemorate the 200th Anniversary of the Society. After a Service in College Chapel there was a dinner in a marquee on Fellows’ Eyot followed by a firework display set to Carmen Etonense and Jerusalem (which was composed by former Eton Society member Sir Hubert Parry).
