For their inaugural meeting, the Culinary Society had the pleasure of hosting Mr Antonio Carluccio. Mr Carluccio addressed a packed Election Hall, and spoke about his journey from his humble beginnings to becoming the premier Italian chef in the UK. His natural ease in front of the audience, together with his humorous anecdotes, meant that the talk was a great success and those present thoroughly enjoyed the evening.
