Errol Damelin gave an informative presentation before being interviewed by the School Hall crowd. In the light of a certain OE's comments on the business, he addressed some misunderstandings about APR rates and highlighted the strengths of the Wonga model. It was particularly interesting to hear him describe the importance of the fast paced transaction process over the internet, and the transparency of upfront costs. We were left with the conclusion that Wonga is a fascinating example of a business which is both practical and effective. Tom Robson (RDO-C)
