The Hispanic Society had the great pleasure of hosting Alexander Fiske-Harrison, 'El Torero Inglés'. Mr Fiske-Harrison treated us to an informative talk on bullfighting, exploring its history, its meaning and its biggest names. It made us realise how little we actually know about bullfighting as an art. Mr Fiske-Harrison's charisma and confident delivery went some way to winning over the sceptics. This was a great start to what promises to be a productive year for the society.
