ISFA Cup Quarter-Final KES Witley 2 v Eton 5

Eton started the game in impressively clinical fashion. Rob Rogan and Mungo Haldane took advantage of a nervy KES defence to score two goals apiece to give the Association a 4-0 lead after just 16 minutes. KES scored an excellent free-kick to reduce the arrears before half-time but Vedat Ratib soon made it 5-1. An unlikely fightback briefly looked a possibility after Eton spurned several good chances in the second half and KES scored again halfway through the second half and were then awarded a penalty. Tom Shaw made an excellent save low down to his right though and Eton marched on to the semi-final. With the league cup final on Monday 24th January and the ISFA cup semi-final at home to Bury Grammar School in early February, the Association still have all to play for!
