This week Eton celebrated the long service of many of our Support Staff in a ceremony in Election Hall. The contribution of those who have worked at Eton for 40, 30, 20 and 10 years was noted by Anna Tomlinson, HR Director, and they received gifts from the Vice-Provost. The outstanding educational experience of boys at Eton would not be possible without the dedicated and professional support of those whose work underpins the life of the College; who contribute so much in ways which are often seen but sometimes unseen. Eton is immensely proud that so many staff dedicate so much of their working lives to the school. Their efforts are sincerely appreciated.
This year John Lovell (pictured with the Vice-Provost, Head Master and HR Director) celebrated 40 years as a carpenter at Eton. Paul Bayley (Buildings Officer), Simon Bower (Playing Fields Supervisor), Neil Flanaghan (IT Infrastructure Manager) and Paul Maher (Carpenter) marked 30 years service, with a number of staff also celebrating 20 and 10 years at Eton.
