Windsor Great Park Estate Open Day

The Natural History Museum collaborated with Royal Holloway University of London in running an outreach activity as part of this year’s Windsor Great Park Estate Open Day on 13 June. Activities concentrated on exploring the biodiversity of the Great Park. The Museum exhibited a number of woodland specimens and activities highlighted the sheer range of insects and the ways in which they are collected and classified. Many local schools were involved and it was a great opportunity to deliver outreach to over 1600 local children in years 3 and 4.
