The Political Society hosted the journalist Mr Brendan O'Neill for its first meeting of the academic year. Over 100 members of the community attended the event in Upper School where Mr O'Neill spoke about the inaction of the West in regards to events in Syria. Mr O'Neill was controversial in his views and sparked a lively debate, including some passionate contributions from the floor.
