Recognising the importance of sport to an Eton education, the College is undertaking the largest-ever refurbishment and expansion of its sports facilities. Together with the recently opened aquatics facility, ‘Athens’, the Indoor Sports Complex will allow generations of Eton boys to benefit from and be inspired by a state-of-the-art teaching and training environment.

Here, for the first time, Executive Director of Development, Justin Nolan takes you on a tour of the building in virtual form.

Set in Stone

Leaving a personalised stone at Eton is a lasting and deeply meaningful way to mark your own connection – or your child’s – to the College. Set within the pathway leading to the Indoor Sports Complex, each engraved stone becomes part of Eton’s living history, accompanying generations of pupils, families and visitors as they pass into a new chapter of School life. Opportunities to leave such a permanent mark are rare, and this initiative allows supporters to combine personal legacy with tangible impact, directly contributing to the completion of an important new building for the College.

Personalised stones are available for a gift of £10,000 or more, where other recognition is not offered (honour boards excluded), with the option to spread payments over four consecutive years.

Complete the form below to instruct the carving of your Indoor Sports Complex stone. Please note that each carving can only be instructed once payment has cleared for the full amount. Therefore, if you are paying in regular instalments, the stone is carved after receipt of the final instalment.

If you have any queries or require multiple stones, please contact the Development Office: [email protected] If you are yet to make a payment, you can do this as a single or regular gift by visiting our donation page here.
